Sardik offers a wide range of mixing impeller designs for laboratory, pilot plant and production blending.
Sizes range from 3" diameter propellers to 53 diameter special purpose impellers. We can provide four bladed axial, radial, or custom turbine designs along with high efficiency hydrofoils. All are available with either welded or bolted blade construction. Shaft sizes from 1/2" to 4" diameter can be accommodated. Materials of construction include 304 or SAF2507 grade stainless steel, carbon steel, Carpenter 20, and Hastelloy C. PVC, rubber, and Teflon coatings are also offered.

Supermixer SDK-V-250
It has double-blade developed by satake and based on our research on the three-wide blades and auxiliary blades.By eliminating and rectifying the flow separation generated on the back of the main blade with the slot effect of the slotted flaps, we have succeeded in sharply increasing discharge capacity and maximum rate of discharge.
Supermixer SDK-370
We have adopted the forward swept effect into the blade. In addition,the blade has a single-step bent-up structure with wash-out being provided toward the blade tip. This impellers is for a low-speed mixers with improved discharge performance through a
suppression of flow separation on the back of the blade.
