The Sardik offers several models of Fixed and Clamp Mount Mixers. The easy to handle Clamp Mount portable mixers are available in 1/4 to 3 HP models, as direct driven (DC Series) or with a 5:1 gear reduction.The Fixed Mount designs are also available in a variety of mounting arrangements for both open tank and sealed vessels.They are also available in direct drive or gear drive configurations. The Sardik®s mixers are ideal for small lot production. These are compact and lightweight, low-priced, quality-enhanced, and maintenance free.

SDK-ED RH/RA Series Clamp-on Direct Drive Mixers
The SDK-ED RH/RA Series direct drive mixers feature light weight yet very strong aluminum bearing housings for continuous, maintenance-free mixer service. The mixers are excellent for moderate shearing or liquid blending applications from 25 to 1000 gallons. A heavy duty sealed ball bearing absorbs shaft deflection loads and provides extended mixer service. Sealed bearing assemblies are rated to 100,000 hours. Precision cast square pitch industrial mixing propellers are standard.

SDK-ED Econoline Series Clamp-on Direct Drive
SDK-ED Econoline Mixers are ideally designed for OEM and smaller scale applications such as laboratories, pilot plants, light production and chemical feed systems. Excellent for applications from 25 to 650 gallons with a viscosity up to 2000 CPS. These direct drive units feature lightweight aluminum housings with TEFC, explosion proof or air motors.

SDK-ED CG/CAG Series Clamp-on Gear Driven
The EDK-ED CG series is a gear driven portable mixer designed for OEM applications. They feature lightweight, yet very strong heat treated cast aluminum housings and C-clamp mounting assembly. Mixers are recommended for blending in 50 to 1,000 gallon tanks for moderate flow rates or blending light to medium viscosity liquids. A heavy duty sealed ball bearing absorbs shaft deflection loads and provides extended mixer service. Precision cast Square Pitch industrial mixing propellers are standard.

SDK-ED RG/RAG Series Clamp-on Gear Driven Mixers
The SDK-ED RG series is a gear driven portable mixer designed for heavy duty mixing applications over 1/2HP. OEM applications. They feature standard single set, forged and precision ground (AGMA 9) helical gears which are rated to 4.5 HP @ 400 RPM. Mixers are recommended for blending in 5,000 gallons for high flow andlow shear applications. An XTF-3 high efficiency foil impeller is standard.
